Can former NBA wild-man Dennis Rodman ease tensions with North Korea with what his agent is calling "basketball diplomacy"?

That's his plan -- and of course there's also a reality show for Vice/HBO being filmed about Rodman's visit with some member of the Harlem Globetrotters. Rodman's agent also said that his client will meet personally with "Kim Jong" but The Washington Post warns we should take that "with a grain of salt."
