The NHL is coming back later this month, but for those tired of waiting the Harlem Globetrotters took their game to ice on Monday in Portage, Michigan.
The basketball entertainers wore red sweat suits, custom cleats and blue hockey helmets during the special exhibition game.
To give the game a little hockey flavor, the Globetrotters were joined by former Detroit Red Wings player Kevin Miller, who dribbled the ball with his hockey stick while skating on the ice.
As usual, the Globetrotters won the game, beating the Global Select 24-10 in a low scoring and chilly contest.
