The singer hosted a meet-and-greet with fans in Miami, Fla., last week and during the event, he kissed one of his devotees on the cheek.

The pretty brunette, named Jocelyn, has spoken out in a bid to silence reports about the 18 year old’s alleged inappropriate behaviour, insisting he was just the victim of a bad camera angle.

She tweeted, “IM DYING HAHAHAHHAHA IT LOOKS LIKE JUSTIN’S TOUCHING MY BOOB IN THE PICTURE AHAHAHAHHA… Let me clear this up for people who can’t read, NO I did NOT ask Justin to touch my boobs… I whispered that it was my 2nd time sneaking in & he kissed me on the cheek in the picture & it looks like his hand is there. “People can think what they want but I know what really happened & Justin does too, so everyone else’s opinions don’t matter to me.”
