She posted to Instagram a calculation of the total time she’s gone without a drink or drug, right on down to the days and even the hours.
Demi was still a teenager when she entered rehab. She lived a year in a sober house with other recovering addicts. Simon Cowell supported Demi as she got clean. He hired her to judge for The X-Factor. After each show, Simon made sure she got back safely to her halfway house.
